Summer Reading 2024 -- Adventure Begins!
Summer Reading 2024:

Adventure Begins!

July 9th - 26th

Attend fun programs!
Collect cool cards!

Welcome to 2024's Summer Reading Program! We'll be running programs for all ages during the last three weeks of July, and this year, we have a special bonus for all participants--trading cards! Themed around our summer programs and iconic library sights, they're a limited-time collectible for any library fan to treasure.

For each program you attend--and each reading challenge you complete--you'll earn one trading card! Fill out your reading log (and trade with your friends) to collect them all!

Your reading log not only helps track your progress throughout the summer, but also features a variety of challenges for readers of all ages. Each challenge completed earns you a chance at another card, some of which can only be acquired through your reading log! And the fun doesn't stop in Fort Plain--visit other libraries throughout the Mohawk Valley Library System to collect a unique card design from each! Click here to see a map of each participating library!

The Summer Reading Program runs from July 9th to 26! See below for the full list of programs (including the cards you can collect at each), or check out the library calendar for a complete schedule!
