Join us for our latest evening storytime program, led by Ryann Young! Each session features stories, games, crafts and songs for children ages 3 and 4 (a little older is okay too). Please note that space for this program is limited, so preregistration is required. Call the library at 518-993-4646 to register!

Local history lovers are invited to join us in the Local History Room as we share memories, family histories, vintage photo albums, post cards, memorabilia, scrapbooks, and more. The casual, drop-in discussion group is facilitated by Fort Plain Village Historian Eileen Chambers and Minden Town Historian Rob Carter.

People of all ages and walks of life are invited to bring their individual quilting, crocheting, knitting, embroidery, weaving, felting, and/or fiber-and-textile craft projects to the Fort Plain Free Library for each weekly gathering of the Creative Textile Fibers Group. Bring a project to work on and share.

Join host Colleen Harris for a friendly group dedicated to crochet and good books! Colleen has taught beginner crochet lessons at several libraries, and is able to accommodate all skill levels (she does ask that participants in this group be over age 18).
