Our next Evening Storytime is coming up on April 10th! Thanks very much to Ryann Young and Lori Fredericks for running this wonderful program--they'll be taking a break after this month, but we hope to see them again soon!![]()
If you'd like to join us for Evening Storytime on April 10th, please let us know by responding here on Facebook, or by calling the library at 518-993-4646!
Sometimes, a good book can light up your whole day 🌞![]()
(Mr. Bear is reading "Gladys the Magic Chicken" by Adam Rubin, one of the books recently recommend to us by our friend Josh, Age 8! If you'd like to read more of Josh's recommendations, check out the display by the tiny house in our children's room!)
Next Wednesday: it's the latest meeting of the Library Ensemble! This new community band meets from 6 to 7:30 pm on the first and third Wednesday of each month, and we'd love to have your musical talents as part of the group! Feel free to join us here on April 2nd, or call the library at 518-993-4646 with any questions.
Did you know that you can take out DVDs from the library for an entire week? That's long enough for your child to watch Moana 2 fourteen times, or for you and your partner to watch half of Nosferatu before saying "Let's put on something else" (We're kidding, of course! We hear it's great! And if you need an extra week to find out, you can always renew your DVDs online at pac.sals.edu, or over the phone at 518-993-4646).
Just think: no matter how late your library books are, it could always be worse 😉![]()
(And don't forget: we no longer charge *any* overdue fees for items returned to the Fort Plain Free Library, not even after a hundred years!)
