Children in grades K – 5^th grade are invited to join us for fun activities inspired by Andrea Beatty’s Rosie Revere, Engineer & Ashley Spires’ The Most Magnificent Thing.

Common to both stories are zany inventions and the protagonists’ sometimes flawed execution. Undaunted by failure, the characters learn from their mistakes and take heart from their modest triumphs.

Activities during the program will include challenges to promote scientific thinking and creative problem solving. A healthy snack will also be available.

The program is free. Children 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
