The Fort Plain Free Library will hold its annual spring Book, Plant and White Elephant Sale with handcrafted thematic totes, an array of colorful hand-knitted dishcloths, furniture, kitchenware, holiday items, books, plants, and more!

Additionally, a can and bottle drive in support of Girl Scout Vikki Wilday’s Gold Award project for the library’s new children’s room will also take place; and on Saturday, children can participate in a free craft project at the Kids’ Creation Station.

Proceeds go to the library’s operating budget and will be used for book purchases, programming, and general operations. In conjunction with this fundraiser, the library is still accepting donations for personalized, engraved paving stones that make up the new entranceway. Paving-stone contributions help pay for improvements to the facility.
